For generations, the beaches of Okanagan Lake in Kelowna have been the place to go enjoy the sun, the sand, and the Summer. It’s not surprising Kelowna is one of the fastest-growing cities in Canada. And, our unique location, with easy access to the Kelowna Bridge and only 5 minutes to the parks, shops, services, and restaurants of downtown Kelowna makes Shelter Bay the perfect location for your new home to soak up the Okanagan Lake’s Summer atmosphere.
To celebrate Summer, we are offering a short-term purchase incentive of a hot tub and outdoor kitchen. This incentive is applicable to all new Purchase Agreements signed on or before August 15th 2023. Imagine soaking in your private hot tub and cooking a feast on your rooftop outdoor kitchen with Okanagan Lake as your backdrop.
Give me a call anytime 250-819-9205 to chat about our availability, our pricing, and our incredible Shelter Bay community.
